How to Access iCloud.com from iPhone or iPad?

Today I tried logging into http://www.icloud.com via the Safari browser on the iPad. Instead of a login window, all I can get is the “iCloud” page with these options:
Set up iCloud on this device
Install find my iPhone
Install find my friends
